The Metal Manufacturing Division
J & P Metal Technologies, originally established as J & P Contracts (Angus) Limited in March 1973, is a family owned and run business providing general engineering, welding, fabrication and sheet metalwork services for a multitude of different industries.
Combining both our engineering expertise and extensive range of plant and machinery allows us the versatility to manufacture a wide variety of products in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, predominately mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Our time served individuals of many years’ experience in the metal manufacturing marketplace can provide customers with unbiased advice, cost effective, quality products suitable for your requirements and delivered on time.

The Surface Finishing Division
Coatech Surface Technologies was established in 1995 as part of the J & P Contracts (Angus) Limited business to complement the metal manufacturing process.
Thus allowing us to provide our customers with a complete service from initial concept design through to complete manufacture and surface finishing.
The aim at Coatech is to provide a finish that is protective and to a cosmetically high standard, in a wide range of finishes for many metal surfaces.
We also offer an alloy wheel refurbishment service to the public and car trade.
